Resetting Password Using DUO Central

Used for access denied when trying to sign into Horizon

Enter in your Email:

Enter your Password:

If your password has expired you will see this screen:

Click the Verify my identity button

Select your 2FA method:

Once verified you will see this screen:

Click the Reset my password button.

Create a new password following the outlined criteria:

After you have changed it to meet the criteria click the Save button

You will then be on this screen:

Click Continue to application and you will then be on the DUO Central page:
