Collaborative Documentation Prompts

There are now options on most direct service notes about
collaborative documentation. These notes have been enhanced to more accurately
reflect the collaborative documentation approach used during the service. This
enhancement allows staff to select from a series of options based on what
worked best for the person receiving services and lines up with the varied
approaches that are explored in the HCRS collaborative documentation. By
offering options, we are also able to track and report on more accurately to
help us understand the use of collaborative documentation and future training
needs.
