Resetting Outlook Profile (deleting profile and re-adding it)

Please close everything related to Outlook and follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the search box next to the start button where it says type here to search
2. Type the word “Control”
3. Select Control Panel
4. Look in the upper right corner of the page where it says View By, if it says category change it to either small or large icons
5. Select Mail (32 Bit)
6. Click the Show Profiles option it is the third one down
7. Click the Remove button
8. It is going to ask are you sure and you should answer yes
9. Click the Add button
10. It will prompt you for a name, just type your first name
11. Click Ok
12. On the next screen, you should see your name and email address click next
13. You should then get a screen with three checkmarks
1. If you don’t call us at extension 2294
14. Click finish
15. Close all windows for the Control Panel and open Outlook
