1. Open the Zoom app and go to the meetings tab:
2. Click the Add a Calendar button, you will be taken to Zooms website, it may also be a link rather than a button:
If you do not see the Add a Calendar button please see below for alternate instructions
3. Login if you are not already logged.
4. Once logged in you will be taken to this screen, if Exchange is not already selected please click it then click next:
5. Enter your HCRS email (1) and HCRS email password (2), then click Authorize (3):
6. Your calendar will now show in the Zoom app, it will not however show on the website:
A. Go to Zooms website (zoom.us) and log in
B. Click Profile on the left-hand nav bar:
C. Scroll down to the “Others” section and click the “Configure Calendar and Contacts Service” button:
D. Now follow the steps starting from 4 in the above section.
