How to sign in/out of a Hot-Desk

If you have a Hot-Desk that means that your desk phone is one that you log into to get your extension.

To log into your phone follow these instructions:

       Press **2 or **1

       Press *

       Enter the extension that you are logging into

       Press #

       Enter your pin (It should be the same as your extension, if that does not work contact the Help Desk)

       Press #

After that, you will be logged into your phone.

To log out of your phone follow these instructions:

       Press **2 or **1

       Press #

After that, you will be logged out.

Please note that logging into a phone will log you out of any other phones you had logged into.
