How to Clear Browsing Data, History

From Chrome, select the ellipsis (three dots) on the top right corner, select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data. Wait for the process to finish. Close the browser. Re-open the browser and test whether the issue is still occurring. 

From Firefox, click the three lines in the top right, select Settings and search for "Clear".   There are two options one to Clear Data and one to Clear History:

From Internet Explorer, click the "gear" icon, select Safety, then "Delete browsing history"
