Ultipro & Company Mileage Passwords

Passwords have to be changed every 90 days, when it is time to change it on your next log in it will ask you to.

Passwords must be at least 6 characters and have at least 3 of the following: An uppercase letter, A lowercase letter, A number, and A special character (ie: !,@,#,$,%,^,&, or *).

You cannot use the same password for Ultipro/Company Mileage until it has been changed 3 times, after that you can cycle through.

After 3 attempts to log in you will be locked out of your account, this will last until you hit the forgot password link which will send a link to your email to reset it or if you call the HR (for Ultipro) or Finance (for Company Mileage) you can be unlocked immediately.
