GiftOGram

• If you don’t use your Giftogram gift card, it doesn’t save HCRS any money. Only Giftogram will benefit. 
• Your Giftogram gift card will expire in one year. 
• HCRS can only resubmit Giftograms for up to 30 days. After the 30 days, we have to repurchase the gift card. So when you receive one, try to redeem it right away so it doesn’t get lost or accidentally deleted. 
• You can print out a physical copy of your Giftogram to take to a store. The only card this doesn’t work with is the Mastercard. The Mastercard may only be used online. 
• There are a variety of local stores that you can redeem your Giftogram gift card for. These include:
• Ace Hardware 
• AutoZone 
• Burger King 
• Dunkin’ Donuts
• Home Goods 
• Kohl’s 
• Target 
• Walmart
• If you have a small balance on your chosen gift card, and can’t figure out how to use the remaining balance online, call the retailer and they will be able to take 2 forms of payment over the phone. 
• You can purchase a “universal” gift card on Giftogram, which essentially provides you with cash on a card.

How to Redeem Your Giftogram (a 2-step process)

• First copy the code in your email. Be sure to only copy the code, not any extra characters or spaces. Then click on the following button in your Giftogram email:

• This will bring you to Giftogram’s website, where you can select which gift card you would like to receive. There are many options. 
• You can select more than one gift card, as long as the total does not exceed the amount of your Giftogram. Each time you select a card, it will ask you for the dollar amount. You can either do the full amount of your Giftogram or a portion of it. You will also be asked for your email address.

Step 2:

• You will immediately receive another email (at the address you provided in step 1) with your gift card(s). 
• At this point, you can either use the gift card(s) online or, if you selected a local business, print it out and take it to the store to redeem.
