Covering for another staff member and you are not assigned to the same team as the client
Working after hours or offsite (i.e. SAFE Team, etc.) and need to document in a client’s chart, but you
are not on the same team
How to use Emergency Access:
Click on your user name (top right corner of the Credible Header) to access your employee profile
Click Emergency from employee Nav Bar
Enter Credible password and click Continue
EMERGENCY CLIENT ASSIGNMENT screen appears. Use the filtering fields to search for the client
you need emergency access to. Only clients that you are not already assigned to will be included in the
results.
Find the client in the search results and click Assign. The Client Overview screen for the client
displays. At this time, Notification Triggers will be activated and the emergency assignment will be
logged.
Once the emergency access is no longer needed, supervisor is responsible for using the Client function
on the Employee Nav Bar to Unassign the client from staff record.
