Add A Printer to a workstation

If a printer is not selectable in an application, follow these steps to find the printer:
2. Select Hardware and Sound
3. Select Devices and printer
4. If you do not see the BF printer in the printer list, Select ADD a printer.
5. If the Printer doesn't popup, then call IT
