Diagnostic Update Form Process

Diagnostic Update (Diag Update) service in Credible is to be used when making changes to a Diagnosis in between assessments. It allows the clinician/provider a place in the medical record to provide the reasoning and having a separate service makes it easy to identify within the client's service list and to easily share reasoning with other team members.
